GUIDELINES:


1. You can book your appointment at least 1 day - 1 year prior to your chosen swab date.


2. Cancellation & Change of schedule are allowed considering it will be done 8-hours before/prior to your scheduled swab test.

  • Kindly notify us ahead of time by simply "clicking" cancel/change of appointment on your booking form.

Non-appearance from your scheduled date without notifying us will subject you to non-refundable privileges.
